The Life of Ms. Zinia

I came from nature recycled.

Went to a family picnic.

Carrying a watermelon bigger than my head behind my mom’s bike.

Stopped by a strawberry field and picked red strawberries along with green leaves and ate till I was stuffed.

Went to my church to pray at very early starry dawn looking around a frozen rice field.

Sang hymns loudly to arrest my fear of the dark. It was a big relief.

Left my school in a countryside covered with white heavy thick snow.

My classmates waved with their face stuck to the windows.

Whenever I felt stress, my mom gave me some money.

For buying spicy hot noodles.

I used to take the bus to a noodles restaurant run by a Chinese guy.

These days, my daughter instead of me cooks sometimes spicy Jjambbong Ramyun.

It was my baby girl who suckled with beads of sweat on her forehead.

I believe she will perform well whenever and whatever.

Because she got the energy and potential from her suckling era. Bless her!!

My dark and shiny hair started to dilute.

My body hydration started to diminish.

My plush lips got dry.

I started to buy candies and sweets.

That reminded me of my baby son who cried his heart out looking up at his cold mom who refused give him candies.

Felt sorry to him.

I’m coming back to the previous material world to become another life for the next world.

Bye now~ See you again~
